HOW TO ORDER?
STEP 1 - Complete & Check order
At the first step of ordering you are able to add products
and define the quantity. Besides the total amount of your
order you can see the shipment costs and detailed prices of
each article.
STEP 2 - Personal Info & Payment selection
Next you have to enter your Billing- and Delivery Info. After
selecting your preferred payment option continue with step 3.
STEP 3 - Confirm order
Now check all details of the order and click the GO button
to confirm your order.
STEP 4 - Print Receipt
Finally after your order was successfully completed print
the receipt.
Additional you will also get an email with a confirmation.
Notice: After reviewing and accepting your order we will inform
you with another email!
WHAT AMOUNT OF VAT WILL BE ADDED?
All EURO prices shown on BOARDDESIGNER.COM include the Austrian VAT of 20%.
At the moment we have to apply this rate of VAT for all EU countries.
For countries outside the EU no VAT will be added!
However there can be applied custom duties and country specific taxes.
WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
PREPAYMENT: Do your payment with a money order.
After a successful order you will be prompted with the required information.
COUPON: Any coupons are only issued for registered BOARDDESIGNER.COM members!
To redeem your credits you don’t have to enter any number,
we will prove your claim checking your name.
Important: Boards are only produced after receiving your payment!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE AND DELIVER A BOARD?
After accepting your order we will start the production of your board.
We guarantee a worldwide delivery in just 4 weeks.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATE OF MY ORDER?
All done orders are stored and can be reviewed in MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS.
The state - waiting, accepted, rejected, and delivered - can be checked at any time.
